Is there life after a crisis? It is certainly easier if you have a crisis communication plan, a crisis management team and an awareness of the potential risks to avoid a crisis in the first place. In this course you will learn what crisis communication is, what to say, what not to say during a crisis, how to mitigate potential crisis risks and how to manage a team in a crisis situation. Together we will analyse different examples of crisis situations. In individual company training sessions, we will simulate a crisis situation based on the company's specifics, develop an action plan and prepare the basis for communication materials. In group sessions, we will learn about different types of crisis situations, analyse case examples and collaborate to develop an understanding of the action plan in different cases.
